Closing Out the Season

As the autumn season closes, we want to thank the three hundred members who attended at least one event this year, the eighty who submitted to peer review, and the editorial board members who read more drafts than any of us meant to.

The winter season will focus on three themes: American-wheel variants, venue etiquette across regions, and the chip as an object of study. Expect lessons and papers on each.

We will also launch the Area Representative program in three pilot regions. If you believe your area deserves a representative, look out for the application form in next month's dispatch.
